I met Mr. Bolton on the island of Maui in 2002. I anwsered on of his flyers. I just finished the Shortsale Millions Workshop, and I was extremely impressed by Robert's presentation. Robert discussed topics covering the trustee sales, the non-judicial process and the judicial process of how a property goes to sale. He discussed how to determine if the trustee is properly conducting the trustee sale according to the state statute and procedures. What steps to take to stop the trustee's sale? By the way, I stopped t trustee sale the day before the sale with Robert's help and got a postponement. Did that bit of knowledge make the difference? Other topics included, doing your due diligence and making money and getting the shortsale property to close at escrow. Always, planning your exit strategy without any money, credit or financing out of your own pocket using "other people's money." Getting any lender or bank to accept your Shortsale Offer and want to continue doing business with you.

I learned these new secrets that I wasn't aware of in the Pre-Foreclosure process. I was also pleased that Robert taught about the legalities that professionals ought to know when they are handling pre-foreclosures. This is to stay out of trouble with the state and federal government for misrepresentation, fraud, breach of contract and other offenses. This course is definitely valuable to me.

Thanks for the congrats and email. I've just faxed you a copy of the check ( made out to our business LLC). I just followed the instructions in your manual, and was persistent enough with the banks, and then used your technique of a simultaneous closing. I had the trustee documents and deed for the property signed by the owner on March 15, then i got a contract on the property on March 21, 2007. I began communications with the bank and faxed them my offer that same day. We closed on April 26, 2007. My gross profits were over $100,000.00, but I graciously agreed to pay the two realtors their full commission on the property sale, which came to a total of $28,500.00, I paid about $11,000.00 for the title company work, and my net profit was just over $68,500.00. Not bad for 35 days of work. Essentially I purchased the property from the bank for $365,000, and then sold it for $475,000.

I am a happy student, and a grateful apprentice of your program.
